Fitness
We believe that a fit horse is a strong horse,
Chilled Salt Water Treadmill
The treadmill uses cold therapy and hydrotherapy for rehabilitation and aerobic activity, and is a great addition to your horses fitness regimes in any discipline. Any underlying injuries are being treated and strengthened, the horse is obliged to walk straight and the addition of water provides resistance training and builds core strength.
Solarium
Heat therapy relaxes and soothes the muscles, increases circulation, reduces stiffness and relieves pain. The warmth generated dilates the blood vessels of the chronic areas, increasing blood flow and helping to re-oxygenate and relax the muscles and ligaments.
Light therapy using infrared bulbs helps accelerate wound and muscle healing.
Post Operative Stable Complex
We offer Full stable care for post operative cases . Boxes, walk in/walk out, small yards and paddocks as recovery progresses. Our staff are skilled with wound treatment and care as well as administering medications.
Our partnership with Ballarat Equine Practice allows for weekly visits from an Equine Specialist Veterinarian or we can work under the guidance of your own vet.
